Final Venture – Michael Ridpath

The story follows Simon Ayot, a fast-rising English associate at a top Boston venture capital firm called Revere Partners. Just as Simon is about to close a major biotech deal, his father-in-law (who is also a senior partner at the firm) abruptly pulls the funding. When his father-in-law is subsequently found murdered, Simon quickly becomes the prime suspect and must navigate a dangerous web of high finance and deception to clear his name.
