Phen’s life changes dramatically when he befriends an eccentric hobo who calls himself “Heb 13:2” (a reference to the biblical verse about entertaining angels unawares). This mysterious companion provides unusual guidance that helps Phen navigate the hardships of growing up in a rapidly changing urban environment.
